Lead role in the following strategic acquisitions, including managing and facilitating the Due Diligence processes:
Marley Roofing (Pty) Ltd from Belgian Holding Company for Kutana Group
Suzi Products (Pty) Ltd from Founders for Kutana Group
RPB Belgium for Seenons BV
In addition to facilitating the acquisitions, I was involved in Investment management processes, portfolio synergy identification and monthly reporting.
Other roles in M&A activities:
Sell side assistance and data room management for Tutuka Software (Now Paymentology) in their change of PE ownership.
Assistance in divestment in part of client’s customer portfolio (Securitas SA)

Interim CEO for Suzi Products during Pandemic, raising Debt Funding to ensure continuity of the business
Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Consultancy services - Advising on strategy and scorecard optimisation (Tutuka Software, Kutana Group & Securitas)
Navision ERP customization and implementation - Customizing the Navision ERP System to accommodate a new revenue stream. Project included system design, user acceptance testing, user manual design and training. Project team dispersed internationally - India, South Africa, Singapore and The Netherlands (Securitas)
Business continuity planning and documentation (Securitas SA)
Instrumental in the design and implementation of platform driven invoicing at Seenons BV
Development of reconciliation process for Multi-currency Wallet Product for Client and partner bank. Project included process documentation and user training. (Tutuka Software/Paymentology)
Lead clients KYC and Anti-Money Laundering Audit by Partner Bank (Tutuka Software/Paymentology)
